Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups confectioner's sugar
Optional
- 1 Tbsp triple sec
Procedure
- Beat cream cheese in mixer until fluffy (~ 3 min). Add butter and beat to smooth (~ 3 min).
- Beat as you gradually add sugar until smooth and well-combined. Add vanilla and beat to light and fluffy (~ 3 min).
