Rich chocolatey goodness with a lovely bit of chewiness.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 200g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp white miso
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz high-quality semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 c milk
- 120g glutinous rice flour
- 20g dutch-processed flour
Procedure
Oven @ 350 F
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, miso, vanilla until well-combined.
- Melt half the chocolate in a double-boiler.
- Add melted chocolate and milk to mix, mix until incorporated. Sift in flour and cocoa powder. Fold to combine. Don't overmix!
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely, slice, serve.
